TRADER Information
DATES
Open for the Oficial VIP & Press Launch on Friday 14th November
5pm – 9pm.
Opens daily from Saturday 15th November at 11am.
Trading hours.
Opens daily at 11am.
Closes Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday at 9pm
Closes Thursday Friday and Saturday at 10 pm.
Event final day is Tuesday 23rd December. Closing at 8pm.
Load in days, 11th & 12th November. 8am to 7pm.
Load out days Saturday 27th December, – Monday 29th December.
FOOD TRADERS
All food traders MUST register with the Irish HSE as a food trader.
You will be issued with a unique ref for each unit.
NO LPG allowed on site.
NO trader will be allowed to bring their own generator.
Power will be provided by site services.
You must confirm the power you require, including list the appliances you are using.
All appliances must have PAT certificates which must be within 12 months of the close of the event.
Power fees will be charged on a ‘Pay as you Use’ tariff.
No traders allowed to stay on site. There is site security for the duration of the event on a 24-hour cover.
The event is NOT cashless. All traders MUST use DINES tills as part of your contract to trade. DINES will provide a link to set up your device.
Along with card payments, all cash transaction must be declared via your DINES till.
